Overview
Courier Ltd (CLtd) are the leading delivery service providers in the province of Skyrim. Every day, they tirelessly work to ensure that goods are shipped across the country and reach their destinations in good time.
For the purposes of this service, Skyrim is represented by 137 locations, some of which are delivery depots that CLtd holds its stock and stables its delivery horses.
Locations are uniquely indexed from 0 through to 136 (inclusive) and the corresponding names (as well as other information about the locations) can be downloaded from the road network service.
At the beginning of any given day, the list of deliveries to be conducted is made available and the locations of any horses on active duty is also provided.

Road Network
This service provides both information about the locations themselves, in addition to the connections between the locations.

Horse Fleet
CLtd maintains a fleet of horses that rotate on and off duty across different days of the year.
The horses service provides a central source of information about the horses, without needing to repeat this information in other locations.
Start of Day Status
At the beginning of each day, (a subset of) CLtd's horses are stabled at a selection of its depots, and a central list of delivery jobs is obtained that need to be scheduled.
The start-of-day service provides access to both pieces of information.
